JTCHS provides a holistic approach to medicine with a focus on health promotion and disease prevention. The goal is to improve the patient’s quality of life through early diagnosis and treatment. JTCHS focuses on the most prevalent diseases in our community including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, STDs, and others.  Our licensed practitioners include family practitioners, internists, pediatricians, obstetricians/gynecologists, podiatrist, optometrist, dentist, dental hygienist, psychiatrist, psychologist and registered nurse practitioners. Our primary care providers are board certified in at least one disciple. Some hold multiple certifications. 25% of our providers have been with the organization for 15 years or more, with at least two that can boast of a 20 year tenure. The majority of our physicians are bi-lingual and represent the cultural and linguistic mix of our service community.
